We value feedback from our guests as it helps us to make improvements where necessary, and maintain Plum Tree Cottage to the standard that our guests expect. At the end of their holiday, we ask our guests the question: "Did Plum Tree Cottage Exceed / Meet / Not Meet your expectations".

To date none of our guests have said that Plum Tree Cottage "Does Not Meet" expectations, and the vast majority of people say that Plum Tree Cottage "Exceeds" expectations.
